Marion H. Hall, Jr., known professionally as Pooch Hall, was born on February 8, 1977 in Brockton, Massachusetts. He graduated from Brockton High School at his home and later attended the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth where he worked in the entertainment industry.
Hall got his chance to act at the age of 21, starting with the UMass Dartmouth Theater Company. Meanwhile, he was athletic at school, playing soccer, running track and boxing – which led him to winning the 1994 Southern New England Golden Gloves.
Before playing roles in films, Pooch Hall was involved in modeling and advertising. His first role in a film was in Elevator (2001) followed by Blue Hill Avenue that came out the same year.

Thankfully there were no injuries, but Hall was handcuffed and taken to jail to be released on $100,000 bail.
