Miko Hughes Biography

The former child actor was born in Apple Valley, California on February 22, 1986 to a special effects technician named John Hughes and his wife Mary (née Phelps). He has three siblings; Molly, Mitch and Mike are English and native Chickasaw people.

There is no information about his early life and background, which is probably due to the fact that he appeared on the screen from a very early age and that part of his life was overtaken by his career.


Immediately after appearing in public service, the announcement child Miko Hughes became one of the most in-demand and busiest child actors in Hollywood. One of his earliest feature films was in 1993’s Jack the Bear opposite Danny DeVito Other feature films he has appeared in include Spawning, Kindergarten Cop, and Zeus and Roxanne.

Not many know that the former actor is also a singer who has released two albums. His first album is self-titled, his second album Halloween Spooky, both released in 1995 when he was only nine years old. The songs on both albums were all written by him and released under his Little Chief Inc. record label.
