USA Network fans, WhiteCollar is very familiar with Matt Bomer, the guy who played the role of Neal Caffrey, the incredibly smart and talented con man who confided secrets to FBI Special Agent Peter Burke. It remains his longest-running TV show.
Bomer also has some major screen credits for his name, most notably Magic Mike (2012) and its follow-up, Winter’s Tale (2014) and Nice Guy (2016). Bomer told Details Magazine in 2014 that he married Halls in 2011. He also told this source that there was a time when he had romantic relationships with girls.

Bomer’s husband Simons Halls was born on January 12, 1964 and is of Canadian descent. He is a powerful man behind the scenes in Hollywood where he works as a publicist.
Hallen graduated from the University of Southern California in 1985 according to his LinkedIn profile. He attended Crescent School in Toronto. According to his USC Annenberg bio, Halls began his public relations career at Warner Bros. His next job took him to Russia, where he served as the public relations manager for the country’s first McDonald’s restaurant for two years before returning to the United States.
In the US, Halls quickly landed a job with BWR Public Relations as an account manager. At BWR, Halls managed the advertising campaigns of stars such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Annette Bening, Jude Law and others.
Hallen, along with his partners, formed a boutique agency Huvane Baum Hall in 1995. The company quickly grew to become one of the most successful in Hollywood. Their success even attracted giants like Madison Avenue. The company was sold to the Interpublic Group in 2001.
Simons and his partners then merged their agency with PMK to become PMK/HBH Public Relations. He became the CEO of the new merger. Under Halls’ leadership, the agency averaged $15 million in annual revenue. He ran the Oscar campaign for films like Gladiator, American Beauty, Hidden Dragon and more.
In 2010, Simon and his partners parted ways with the merger and formation of SLATE PR. The agency now has over 450 clients including Ryan Murphy, Ridley Scott and others. SLATE has received at least 54 Oscar and 200 Emmy nominations.
While sources said Simon met Matt while working as a public relations executive, Matt confirmed that Simon does not look after his business interests.
