The actor was born Lee Michael Norris on September 25, 1981 in Greenville, North Carolina, USA.

He began his education in East Elementary School and then transferred to EB Aycock Middle School in his hometown of Greenville. He then appeared in Boy Meets World as Stuart Minkus in 1993, followed by another appearance in Gothic American in 1995 as Benji Healy. Lee Norris then appeared in the TV movies A Mother’s Instinct (1996) and Anywhere But Home (1997). The same year (1997) that Goldie Hawn made her directorial debut with the TV show, Hope chose the actor to play the role of Billy October.

The Jeb Stuart directed drama film Blood Done Sign My Name became his next film starring Roger Oakley portrayed and in 2014 he was in Ex-Girlfriend playing the role of an officer.
He is expected to appear in the 2020 film Greyhound Despite this, his role has still not been revealed.
